Hey. I'm TarShawna. Welcome to my website! These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of my website and services. By accessing or using my services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&C.
TarShawna Bell provides brand and website design services, including but not limited to logo design, visual identity creation, and brand strategy consultation. I strive to deliver high-quality, unique designs tailored to your brand's needs.
All prices for my services are will be communicated directly to you through a proposal. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion. Payments can be made via Credit Card or Cash App.
All designs and materials created by TarShawna Bell remain my property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs for your business purposes.
My packages include 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $80/hr. All revision requests must be made in writing and within 48 hours of receiving the initial designs.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 3 days' notice. If you terminate the agreement before project completion, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
